The amount in VND (VAT included) payable to Optimus is calculated as follows:

Cost (VND) = List price on the Zoho website (USD) * USD exchange rate * 1.025

Where:

• USD exchange rate: Vietcombank's exchange rate, from the Foreign exchange rates table, Sell column

• 1.025: covers a 2.5% bank fee, which includes the currency conversion fee and the foreign transaction fee. These fees apply when paying in USD to a company abroad, and usually range from 2.5% to 3.5% depending on the bank.

Example: you need 10 users of Zoho CRM Professional for 1 year. The list price on the Zoho website is $23/user/month (billed yearly).

• Cost in USD for 1 year = 23 * 10 * 12 = $2760

• Assuming an exchange rate of 25,455, the cost in VND for 1 year is 2,760 * 25,455 * 1.025 = 72,012,195 VND
