Paying Zoho
You can buy Zoho software in one of 2 ways:
1. Pay Zoho directly: enter your credit card details on the Zoho website to pay. Your account is activated right after payment. Keep the following in mind when paying this way:

Bank fees: Zoho's prices are listed in USD and Zoho is a foreign company, so when you pay by credit card, your card's issuing bank charges a currency conversion fee and a foreign transaction fee. Together these range from 2.5% to 3.5%, depending on the bank.

Foreign contractor tax: Zoho doesn't issue VAT invoices in Vietnam yet, so to record the payment to Zoho as an expense you need to pay about 10% foreign contractor tax
2. Pay through a Zoho Partner: you pay a Zoho Partner in Vietnam by bank transfer in VND. Key points of this option:

The partner issues a full VAT invoice to your company

The partner pays foreign contractor tax on your behalf, at 0-10% depending on each partner's policy. Optimus charges customers 0% foreign contractor tax because it has its own arrangement with Zoho to get the tax refunded

Integrating Zoho software with Vietnamese apps
All Zoho apps have open APIs with API documentation published on the website, so as long as the app you need has an open API, it can be integrated.
