Facebook Business: Create an Account
Create a Facebook Business Manager (BM) account
Create a BM account
Go to https://business.facebook.com/overview to create a BM account:
Sign in with a personal Facebook account that regularly interacts on Facebook. Do not use a fake or clone account. One personal Facebook account can create only 2 BM accounts.
Avoid signing in to Facebook on an unfamiliar device to create a BM account. Use a device you normally use, such as your personal laptop at home or your own PC at work.
Check whether your Wi-Fi IP address shows your actual location. Avoid an IP address that shows a location abroad, as Facebook will flag this as an unusual login.
For the confirmation email, use an address whose domain matches your company's website. For example, for optimus.vn, the confirmation email would be abc@optimus.vn
After filling in all the details, select Finish.
Sign in to the BM account you just created at https://business.facebook.com/

Select Business Setting or the gear icon in the upper-right corner.

Create a Primary Page
Each BM account needs 1 Primary Page to operate. If the person creating the BM account already owns a Facebook Page, they can easily make that Page the Primary Page in BM.
Under Pages, select Add > Request Access to a Page, then request access to the Facebook Page you own to make it the Primary Page in BM.
If you do not have a Facebook Page, you can create a new Primary Page. Select Create a New Page, then follow the steps and fill in the details to create a Facebook Page.

Create an App ID
Facebook requires an App ID before it allows business verification.
Go to Ad Account > Apps > Create a new App Id > Manage Business Integrations. Fill in all the details, including the app name and a company-domain email address. For App purpose, select: Yourself or your own business, then click Create App

Verify your business
After creating the App ID, verify your business under Business info > View Detail > Start Verification. Enter the required information and documents, then click submit to send them to Facebook.

Business verification methods: email or domain.
Email: to verify, the email address domain must match your business domain.
Domain: you must verify your business domain first. Use this when the email address has a personal domain or does not fully match the business domain.
