How to upload customer data to Facebook

Sign in to your Facebook Ads account.

In the top-left corner, select Ads Manager > All Tools > Audiences

Select Create Audience > Custom Audience > Customer List

Select Next, then select No under ‘Does Your List Include a Column For Customer Value?’

Select Next. In the Add Customer List panel, select Copy and Paste. Then paste your customer information (phone numbers, emails and so on). Name the audience and select Next.

Facebook will automatically identify what type of information your data contains (email, phone number and so on). After checking it, select Upload and Create > Done.

Finished.
